Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy:

If for any reason you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 14 days after the arrival for a full refund.  Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.  Our policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer a refund of any kind.  To be eligible for a return you items must be unused and in the same condition as received.  It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Returns (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.
